In Costa Rica it is a requirement behalf of the Costa Rican Toursim Board (ICT) that the guides working for the adventure tourism companies have licenses to work in the different activities such as rafting, mountain biking, kayaking etc. This is why, we at Adrenalina Rafting ensure that all our guides comply with the rules & regulations for the different certifications, such as: English, CPR and First Aid, White water rescue, Emergency management, as well as Customer Service and ethics to provide the highest quality of service to our clients.
Our company complies with all the requirements of Costa Rican law to operate in the different areas, insurance permissions from the Ministry of Health, Municipal permits and certifications from the Costa Rican Institute of Learing (INA).
