Policies:

We accept travel cancellations by 1:00 pm the day before the tour, cancelations must be submitted in writing and confirmed receipt by one of our staff members. Should you need to cancel the trip and we have acknowledged a full refund will be processed.
Should the passenger of the travel agency cancel the trip after 1pm the day prior to schedule tour, whatever the reason for the cancelation, there will be NO REFUND.
A passenger will be considered a NO SHOW if they are not at the pick up location previously established with the company and we are unable to contact you. The full price of the trip will be charged and if required an invoice it will be sent.
All coupons subject to the same regulations stated above.
No passengers are allowed who have undergone recent surgery (heart, breast implants, spine, etc).
Due to the physical demand of our tours, they are not recommend for women who are pregnant.
Persons with conditions such as high blood pressure or diabetes are at their own risk and must keep up with medical treatment.
Children over 8 years old can participate on the Class II-III river rafting tour.
Children over 12 years old can participate on the Class III-IV river rafting tour.
The maximum weight per person is 275 pounds (125 kg).
Any medical condition or treatments must be reported to the company prior to booking the trip.
