Fernando and Arial were our guides, expert on the river, safety-conscious, lots of fun, they really made it for us (a family of five). Fernando was in the safety kayak and took a lot of excellent photos. Arial was in the raft, expertly guiding us down the river. We had lovely food. We climbed up to a waterfall and swam. We saw a magnificent slice of the country. Fernando and Arial set the tone for the rest of our time in Costa Rica. Thank you, guys. Pura vida!

The rapids are... read more strong, class 3-4 and the guide made it really safe and fun. The Pacaure is so amazingly beautiful. We saw lush rainforest, pure clear, clean water, orchids, birds, and waterfalls cascading down from the rocky canyon high up above. We even got to hike a short distance to swim at a jungle pool , complete with a lovely waterfall. This trip was beyond what we could even imagine! The lunch afterward was a very delicious caribbean style chicken. Everything about the trip was great!

The price included transport from our hostel, fruit for the break and a very tasty meal at the end. I can strongly recommend this tour! And Gustavo was absolutely amazing and made this experience very special.
